  • Founded and launched Insight Anywhere, a web based contact centre analytics product enabling real time KPI visibility across any device
  • Delivered a Microsoft Skype for Business contact centre solution end to end, scaling delivery into multiple Agile teams

Led the design and delivery of user experience across contact centre products, establishing UX capability and improving usability across the platform.

  • Built and led the UX function, introducing design standards and embedding customer feedback to improve usability
