NATURAL LANGUAGE SEARCH
Natural Language Search
Led the delivery of a natural language search capability for video adverts, enabling users to find ads based on what happens within them.
I worked between the product team, development team, and the wider business and legal to build and deliver an architecture. This included iterative development to improve relevance and speed, and ensure the capability was usable at scale.
INTELLIGENCE HUB
Intelligence Hub
Designed and built my own Competitive Analysis Intelligence Hub, creating a structured, AI supported system to continuously track competitors, generate insights, and produce usable outputs such as battle cards, daily briefings, and market landscape reports at scale.
UI REDESIGN
UI Redesign
Led the adoption strategy for a full UI redesign at Feefo using behavioural nudges and guided onboarding. Achieved around 30% opt-in early adoption through structured, user-led change management.
