AIP

Shaped the product narrative, delivery structure, and stakeholder alignment for an AI-powered predictions feature within Test Your Ad. Moved it from abstract concept to a grounded, usable product capability with clear requirements and consistent positioning.

NATURAL LANGUAGE SEARCH

Natural Language Search

Enabled users to find video adverts based on what actually happens within them using natural language. Worked across product, AI supplier, and delivery to refine understanding, relevance, and speed across a large dataset.

INTELLIGENCE HUB

Intelligence Hub

Designed and built a structured system to continuously track competitors, generate insights, and produce usable outputs such as battle cards, daily briefings, and market landscape reports. AI-driven, repeatable, and scalable.

UI REDESIGN

UI Redesign

Led the adoption strategy for a full UI redesign at Feefo using behavioural nudges and guided onboarding. Achieved around 30% opt-in early adoption through structured, user-led change management.
